Peter is an excellent helper and has already titled his dog Blue to an owner handler SchH 3!  He has done a number of trial helper work for High Plains and is a very strong trial decoy with a natural ability to read dogs in training.  He has attended two evaluations and two seminars including a USA National Seminar.
