2009 Mid Central Regional Schedule with

USA Judge Nathaniel Roque:

 

September 4th, 5th, and 6th

Offering: SchH 1, 2, 3

BHs will be offered depending on size of the event.  Details to follow. 

Entry fees will be returned if we can not provide time or space for a BH.

E-collars/prongs will be allowed during training at the field and before the routines if needed.  We will have a monitor at the trial field.  (per the rules)  Of course only large linked collars while

trialing.

 

Friday, September 4th, at the Training Field on Judge Adams Rd.:

Helper Tryouts are at 6:30 p.m.

Draw at 7:00  p.m.  Competitors will draw for order of obedience and protection.  SchH 1s then SchH 2s then SchH 3s.  Obedience will start on Saturday morning with protection following.  Tracking on Sunday will have flights of 6 competitors each.  At tracking competitors will draw for starting time.

BHs approx.  5:30 to 6:00 P.M. on Friday  (depending on judge's flight arrival time)

Saturday, September 5th, at the Training Field on Judge Adams Rd.:

Obedience and Protection starting at 7:00 a.m. 

Lunch provided by High Plains at the cost of $7.  We will have hamburgers and brats and sides.  (There are restaurants in Elizabeth about 15 minutes away.)

Dinner provided by High Plains for $15 before the Regional Meeting.  (Prime Rib Dinner we will have some chicken.)

Regional Meeting after Obedience and Protection at approximately 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, September 6th, Tracking:

Tracking will be on dirt.  Directions will be provided Saturday night at the Judge's Dinner and Regional Meeting.

Any competitor or spectator that can not attend either the Judge's Dinner or the Regional Meeting can provide an email address where directions can be sent on Saturday after 8:00 p.m.  (Any unauthorized person caught on the tracking fields before Sunday will be dismissed from the trial.)

Articles will be leather, wood and carpet.

The permanent brown blinds will run starting to the right.

Practice times will be scheduled on Thursday the 3rd or Friday the 4th by appointment only.  We would like make sure everyone has a chance to practice on the training field before the event, so please email annmariegsd@aol.com if you can't make it on Thursday and Friday to schedule on another day.
